Andrea Epp LL.B

  • Andrea Epp is the founder of Epp Law Office.

    Andrea has past litigation experience in criminal defense and family law. However, her current practice focuses on Real Estate and Corporate Law.

  • Raised in Carberry, Andrea has lived in Manitoba her entire life. Previously working within the banking banking industry and as a Legal Assistant, Andrea attended to completing Business Administration courses through Assiniboine Community College and later began her undergrad degree through Brandon University.

    Thereafter, she attended and graduated from the University of Manitoba with her Law Degree in 2008. Andrea completed her Articles in Brandon, received her Call to the Bar in 2009, and has practiced in Brandon and Carberry ever since.

    In November of 2020, she opened Epp Law Office. Andrea prides herself on giving her clients a positive experience and ensuring that they are adequately informed on every aspect of their matter.

  • In her spare time, Andrea enjoys spending time with friends and travelling.

  • Andrea can often be found volunteering at various events and is a Board Member of the Brandon Crime Stoppers, Helping Hands and the Brandon Chamber of Commerce. She also previously sat as a council member for the Manitoba Bar Association as well as a Board Member for the Brandon YWCA and the Brandon Regional Health Centre Foundation.

Alex Klippenstein B.A., J.D

  • Alex is an associate lawyer at Epp Law Office and maintains a solicitor practice that focuses in the areas of Real Estate, Wills and Estates, and Corporate Law.

  • Alex was born and raised in Brandon. Before law school, he volunteered with Mennonite Disaster Service in helping vulnerable communities damaged by severe weather in Alberta as well as in the US States of Michigan and Texas.

    He attended law school at Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops BC. While in law school he assisted in the development of a mental health court for the city of Kamloops and assisted in the research of private refugee sponsorship in Canada. Alex also assisted in the class action against the Province of Manitoba regarding the 2011 flood.

    Alex graduated from Thompson Rivers University in May of 2019. He completed his articles in Brandon and was called to the Manitoba Bar in June of 2020.

  • Alex’s other interests include mountain biking, hiking, kayaking. He enjoys spending time discovering new trails in and around Manitoba.
